Local Urology provides general information about urologists and urologic conditions. It is not medical advice, and listing a doctor is not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality. Listing data comes from public federal records and from practices, and may be out of date. Confirm details, including insurance, directly with the office. In an emergency, call 911.

Reviews you post

You are responsible for what you post. It must be your own genuine experience and follow our review policy. By posting, you give Local Urology a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, edit for policy compliance, and distribute your review. Reviews reflect the reviewer's opinion, not ours.

Listings

Practices that claim a listing confirm they are authorized and that the information is accurate. We may decline or remove listing content that is inaccurate or misleading.

Premium profiles and subscriptions

Any practicing urologist, or a practice or health system authorized to act for them, can buy a premium profile for a listed doctor. A premium profile lets you show a photo, booking link, website, short bio, partners, languages and accepted insurance. It may also appear in up to two spots labeled "Featured" at the top of the county and town pages where the doctor practices. A premium profile never changes the doctor's star rating, which reviews are published, or the doctor's place in the regular list. Free listings and free claims remain available.

Price and billing. The price is shown on the claim page before you pay: currently $9.99 per doctor per month or $99.99 per doctor per year, an introductory rate for new subscribers. You are charged when you subscribe and then at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card number. Prices do not include any taxes that apply where you are, which may be added at checkout.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the price in effect for your subscription, until you cancel. We send a receipt by email after each charge. For yearly plans, we email you a reminder 30 days before the renewal date, stating the renewal price and how to cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, online, using the link in your receipt email, or by emailing admin@localurology.com. Cancellation stops future charges. Your premium features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for; then the profile returns to a regular listing. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.

Price changes. The introductory rate applies for as long as your subscription stays active, unless we tell you otherwise. If we change the price of an existing subscription, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect, and you can cancel before then without being charged the new price.

Group and health-system accounts. A practice or health system may buy premium profiles for several doctors in one purchase. You are billed per doctor. The person who buys confirms they are authorized to act for every doctor included.

Your responsibilities. You confirm that you are the doctor, or are authorized by the doctor or practice, and that what you submit is accurate and not misleading. You must have the right to use any photo you upload. You may not use a premium profile to suggest an endorsement by us or to imply a quality rating.

Removal. We may remove premium content, or end a premium profile, if the claim was not authorized, the content is inaccurate or misleading, or these terms are broken. If we end a profile for a reason other than your breach, we refund the unused part of the period. Reviews and ratings stay published under our review policy whether or not a doctor has a premium profile.
