Advertising and sponsorship

Local Urology reaches patients actively looking for a urologist in Florida. We offer a small amount of clearly labeled advertising.

Options

  • Featured practice: a sponsored card at the top of a county or town page, labeled "Sponsored."
  • Educational sponsorship: manufacturers can sponsor a treatment guide, for example on BPH or bladder control. The sponsor is named. Our editorial team and medical reviewer keep full control of the content.
  • Display advertising on directory and guide pages.
  • Health systems and group practices can sponsor their own physicians across the counties they serve, and run labeled regional ads.

Doctors with a premium profile can appear in up to two labeled "Featured" spots at the top of the county and town pages where they practice. A Featured doctor also keeps their normal place in the regular list. Featured status never changes star ratings, which reviews are published, or the order of the regular list. Claim a premium profile.

Our rules

  • All paid content is labeled. Sponsors never affect ratings, reviews or regular listing order.
  • No ads appear on review or claim forms. We don't share visitors' health details, form entries or emails with advertisers.
  • Prescription drug and device ads must carry their required safety information. We decline ads that make unsupported claims.
